The objective: to promote efficiency of diagnostics and treatment of the united pathology – hyperplastic processes of endometrium and fibrocystic lesion of the mammary glands on the basis of study of clinical-and-echographic, dopplerand endocrinology features, and also improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic measures.
Materials and methods. Under a supervision there were 230 patients of perimenopausal period with the verified hyperplastic processes of endometrium, the careful inspection of mammary glands is executed in which. To perimenopause took patients from 45 that to 55 years had climacteric symptoms to menopause and during 2 after the last menstruation. The state of mammary glands
is studied also in 98 patients of perimenopausal period without gynaecological pathology is a control group. To the complex of methods of researches clinical, laboratory, instrumental and statistical methods were included.
Results. The use of the algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic measures improved by us for the women of perimenopausal period with combination of hyperplastic processes of endometrium and fibrocystic lesion of the mammary glands allows to define near-term (genitalia or mammary glands); method of treatment (conservative or operative) and variant of medicinal correction (preparations are for hormonal and metabolic therapy). It allows in an aggregate to reduce morbidity for the women of perimenopausal period and warn development of oncologic pathology.
Conclusions. Testifies the results of the conducted researches to actuality of the chosen scientific task. The use of the algorithm developed by us allows to reduce morbidity for the women of perimenopausal period and warn development of oncologic pathology.
