Research purpose. To estimate the features of the functional state of the vegetative nervous system at the different clinical-and-morphological forms of diffuse dishormonal dysplasia of mammary glands.
Materials and methods. Research material information, got at an inspection 120 patients with diffuse dishormonal dysplasia of mammary glands, served as. Appeared the criteria of including presence of diffuse dishormonal dysplasia of mammary glands; absence of nodular forms of dishormonal dysplasia of mammary glands; age from 18 to 45 years; a reproductive function is preserved; the informed consent is to participate in research. A control group included 30 somatically healthy women, comparable with a basic group on age. On the first stage of research patients were up-diffused on 4 clinical groups with diffuse dishormonal dysplasia of mammary glands with predominance of glandular (I group), cystic (II group), fibrotic (III group) component and mixed form (IV group). Diffuse dishormonal dysplasia of mammary glands in accordance with modern criteria was diagnosed on the basis of complaints, information of anamnesis, estimation of general and gynaecological statuses, ultrasonic scan-out of mammary glands. To the complex of methods of researches clinical, laboratory instrumental and statistical methods were included.
Results. The state of general adaptation syndrome at diffuse dishormonal dysplasia of mammary glands is characterized by the reactions of sharp and chronic stress. Patients with dishormonal dysplasia of mammary glands on a background an initial hypersympathicotonia have normal vegetative reactivity which is prognostically favourable sign and represents sufficient activity adaptation-compensatory mechanisms of organism. The change of amount and character of cross-correlation connections which represent functioning of separate constituents of homoeostasis (specific and heterospecific hormonal activity, cardiovascular system, vegetative nervous system) specifies on interference of central department of the vegetative nervous system with the processes of adjusting and violation of autonomy of support of functions, present in optimum terms, depends on the clinical-and-morphological form of diffuse dishormonal dysplasia of mammary glands. Maximally expressed violations of processes of the autonomous adjusting of vital functions it is observed at the fibrotic form of dysplasia.
Conclusion. Got information, that prove that patients with diffuse dishormonal dysplasia of mammary glands have changes of functioning of suprasegmental department of the vegetative nervous system, that characterized by the increase of sympathetic influences, decline of the parasympathetic regulation, most shown in the group of diffuse dishormonal dysplasia of mammary glands with predominance of fibrotic component.
