Results. At the analysis of gynaecological pathology after a myomectomy the special attention was spared to the exposure of relapses of disease. All for 5 years we are diagnose 15,0% cases of uterine fibroids after its operative treatment. The most frequent exposure of relapse took place in 1–2 years after an operation (10 from 15). Any connection with an amount and sizes of remote sites and them by new appearance discovered by us it was not. As known, myoma is often combined with other of benign processes of uterus and appendages. So the hyperplastic process of endometrium was marked in 8,0% patients for looked after period of time and statistically did not differ from this index to the conduct of myomectomy. More frequent all this pathology also met in a period from 1 year to 2 years (6 from 8). In all cases executed hysteroscopy. In 6,0% during procedure estimated the states of scar after a myomectomy with the section of cavity of uterus. In 4,0% he was visualized as a linear whitish area. In 2,0% finding out the signs of scar tissue was not succeeded. In all cases the diagnosis of hyperplasia of endometrium was confirmed histological. In future
progestational preparations were appointed during 3-12 months.
Conclusions. The conducted analysis was rotined by positive influence to the myomectomy on normalization of reproductive function of women with a hysteromyoma.
