Research purpose. To develop the differentiated approach near using of assisted reproductive technologies for masculine infertility.
Materials and methods. In research it was included 200 pair with masculine infertility, which parted on four main (investigated) groups depending on the program of assisted reproductive technologies, which was conducted: 1 group – by artificial insemination with husband’s sperm (n=50); 2 groups are a in vitro fertilization and transference of embryos (n=50); 3 groups are in vitro fertilization and embryos transfer from the technique intracytoplasmic sperm injection (n=5); 4 groups - by artificial insemination donor sperm (n=50). In research 50 women were also plugged from pipe peritoneal by the factor of infertility, which made a control group for sterile pair with a masculine factor during the conduct of the program in vitro fertilization and embryos transfer. To the complex of the conducted researches were included clinical, endocrinology immunological, biochemical, morphological and statistical methods.
Results. On one attempt of injection of spermatozoon in the cytoplasm of oocyte it was conducted to 50 patients, in 13 from them pregnancy (26%) and 11 women came born (22%). Two attempts passed by 37 patients, them 9 women (24,3%) became pregnant and 8 women born (21,6%). Three attempts are conducted to 28 patients, pregnancy came in 7 women (25%) and 6 women born (21,4%). 4 attempt is conducted to a 21 woman, them what 6 become pregnant (28,6%) pregnant and 5 women born (23,8%). During the conduct of this program the percent of pregnancy rose with the increase of grade of attempt: on 1,7% at the second attempt, on 1,3% at the third attempt and on 3,6% at fourth attempt. The cumulative percent of pregnancy grew from a first attempt to the second on 17,2%, after the third attempt - on 15,2%, after fourth - on 8,8%.
At comparison of indexes of cumulative percents of the estimated programs set that index of cumulative percent from 3 attempts of the program artificial insemination with husband’s sperm was at one level with cumulative percent during the conduct of 2 attempts of intracytoplasmic sperm injection.
Conclusion. The results of the conducted researches testify that at masculine infertility it is necessary to take approach to differentiated to the use of different methods of assisted reproductive technologies. Information is got by us it follows to use in a practical guard a health for the masculine factor of infertility.
