Tactics of forecasting of placentary dysfunction after auxiliary reproductive technologies

Abstract

Results of the spent researches testify that most diagnostical in formation of primary placentary insufficiency indicators of reserve stock ovariums АМG, ingibina-in and the raised values of a marker of placentary dysfunction TGF-pl are significant. The leading pathogenetic mechanism of development of placentary dysfunction after auxiliary reproductive technologies was revealing of 3
profiles of activity endometrium: highexpressive, middleexpressive and lowexpressive.

The received results are necessary for considering by algorithm working out прогностических and diagnostic actions after auxiliary reproductive technologies.
