Patients have features of hormonal contraception with thyroid disfunction

The objective: patients have a study of possibility of the use of hormonal contraception with autoimmuny thyroiditis.
Materials and methods. By us 100 women of reproductive age were selected with autoimmuny thyroiditis (1 group), that did not have contra-indications to setting of hormonal method of contraception in accordance by the criteria of pleasantness and safety of World Health Organization (2021). Clinical, functional, laboratory and statistical methods were plugged in the complex of the
conducted researches.
Results. The results of the conducted researches testify that a hormonal contraception for women with autoimmuny thyroiditis can be used at presence of the compensated state of the thyroid system. Rotined possibility of the use of two variants of hormonal contraception – the combined estrogen-progesteron preparations and gestagens.
Conclusions. he got results ground to us for the use of the offered method in a practical health
protection.
