Research purpose. To set most prognostic meaningful clinical markers on development of connective tissue dysplasia and biochemical indexes of disintegration of collagen for women with different genital pathology.
Material and methods. A basic group was made by 100 patients of reproductive period. Age of the inspected patients made from 21 to 44 years (32,4±0,5) with different genital pathology. In A sub-group 40 (40,0%) patients were included with the signs of connective tissue dysplasia with genital pathology and hyperandrogenism; sub-group B made 60 women with connective tissue dysplasia, genital pathology, but without hyperandrogenism.
To the complex of the conducted researches the generally accepted methods of estimation of degree of expressed of connective tissue dysplasia were included; method of estimation of hormonal status; method of determination of level of biochemical markers of disintegration of collagen. During research with the purpose of clarification of measure of expressed of connective tissue dysplasia we determined the followings biochemical markers of disintegration of collagen: S-final telopeptides, fibronectin, hydroxy-proline in blood serum, hydroxy-proline in day's urine, glusaminglycans, pyrilinks– D) in morning portion of urine.
Results. For patients with genital pathology even in default of signs of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia it is necessary to determine the level of pyrilinks– D in urine. The got results will help in the estimation of authenticity of development of relapse of genital pathology, which will allow to conduct prophylactic measures, directed on the improvement of metabolism of collagen and the same will allow to decrease the risk of development of relapse of genital pathology.
Conclusion. The results of the conducted researches testify that the presence of connective tissue dysplasia is worsened by clinical motion and results of treatment of different genital pathology, especially of endometriosis. Findings need to be taken into account at development of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic measures.
