The objective: determination of laboratory and clinical features of development of trichomonas vaginal dysbacteriosis.
Materials and methods. Under our supervision were 94 unpregnant women in age from 17 to 39 years (middle age 27,04 ± in 0,76), which take the course of inspection and treatment concerning acute urogenital trichomoniasis. A control group (first group) was made 95 healthy unpregnant women of reproductive age. In the second group (52 women) there were the included patients, suffering from acute trichomoniasis. To 42 patients after the conducted course of antiprotozoal therapy, an inspection with the purpose of determination of conformities to law of forming of trichomonas vaginal dysbacteriosis was conducted (third group). To the complex of the conducted researches were included clinical, microbiological, virological, biochemical and statistical.
Results. Acute trichomonas invasion is the factor of unbalance of all element of microecosystem of vagina which leads to forming of terms for development of trichomonas vaginal dysbacteriosis. At trichomonas vaginal dysbacteriosis reliable changes take place in functional activity of epithelium, biochemical composition of vaginal liquid, microbiological concord of vagina. For certain meaningful changes in composition a vaginal liquid are certain in content of urea, general albumen, iron and copper, activity of enzymes, level of рН of vaginal liquid and virality of amine test. Acute trichomonas invasion results in violations of factors of heterospecific resistance of microecosystem of vagina. A preservation of concentration of sIgA at the level of values of norm
is prognostic a favourable sign in the plan of normocenosis of vaginal microecosystem.
Conclusions. The got results it must draw on for effective diagnostics and treatment of trichomonas vaginal dysbacteriosis.
