Complaints and Appeals Procedure

The Editorial Board of "Perinatology and Reproductology: from Scientific Research to Practice" takes all allegations of misconduct regarding publication ethics and academic integrity seriously.

  1. Subject of Complaint: Complaints may relate to:
  • Violations of the peer review process (bias, conflict of interest).
  • Failure to comply with ethical standards in conducting research.
  • Authorship disputes (unauthorized inclusion or exclusion of co-authors).
  • Detection of plagiarism or data manipulation in published articles.
  1. Submission and Review Procedure:
  • Complaints must be submitted in writing to the official editorial email: par.shupyknhu@gmail.com.
  • The complaint must include a clear description of the violation and supporting evidence.
  • The editorial office will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 5 working days.
  • The Editor-in-Chief will appoint an independent committee of Editorial Board members to conduct an internal investigation.
  1. Dispute Resolution:
  • Based on the investigation, the editorial office will either dismiss the complaint as unfounded or take appropriate action (correction of errors, article retraction, informing the authors' institutions).
  • Authors have the right to appeal an editorial decision within 30 days of receiving the conclusion.
